It's true. Money isn't everything. Until you don't have enough. Then it consumes your whole life.
You have the gift of Network Marketing to get the money thing out of the way once and for all. But that gift is meaningless unless you take action.
Here's some of the best advice I've received on the topic of money and Network Marketing:
1. Spend less than you earn.
2. Avoid debt like the plague. The status symbol in the new economy isn't fancy cars and big houses. It's being able to say you are DEBT FREE.
3. If something has changed in your life and your income falls below the ability to pay your bills, then GET SMALL FAST. Sell the extra car, get a smaller home, cut back, do whatever you have to do but get your financial footprint SMALL. This will give you options. If you find yourself in a hole, the first rule is to stop digging.
4. Make personal sacrifices if necessary, but NEVER stop investing in your own personal growth. You only get to make what you are.
5. When you are part-time, try to save every penny of your Network Marketing income. Pay your bills with your "Job", but when it comes to your Network Marketing money, pay for your Network Marketing expenses only (product, travel, events, etc.) and save the rest. That will build your future.
6. You'll never be free if you insist on having the perfect lifestyle before you are financially able to do so. That fancy car can wait. The amazing house can wait. The dream vacation can wait. Get creative when it comes to having fun with your family. Just don't spend every penny of your future or you'll never get to where you want to be.
7. Pay your taxes on time. Don't file an extension ever. Don't procrastinate. Have professionals help you.
There you go... seven simple pieces of advice I've collected over the years. I've made every mistake in the book, believe me, but thanks to Network Marketing I'm debt free and have successfully gotten "the money thing" out of the way.
It's so much more fulfilling to work...
